A blend of lightly toasted malts, honey-fruit esters & flowery hops

Multorporter Ale
Roasted and smoked malts, moderately bitter hops, uncommonly smooth and mellow

Cascadian Pale Ale
Unfiltered, dry hopped, light in color, very crisp & refreshing

Hogsback Oatmeal Stout
Unusually complex with coffee & chocolate notes as well as roasted caramel

Cask Conditioned Ales
This is a hand drawn style, naturally carbonated. This beer is served on the warmer side, and feels flat, but brings out the true characteristics of the ale. Please inquire for daily selection.

Nitro Taps
Lightly carbonated with CO2 and pushed with Nitrogen, this style is served cold, feels slightly flat, yet has a nice creamy texture. Please inquire for daily selection.
